We do not collect special category data and this website is not directed at children.
3. Why we use it and our lawful bases

4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the business:
- Microsoft Azure — website hosting and data storage (UK region).

We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries — deleted 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
- Client and financial records — kept for 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, as required by UK tax law.
- Server logs — retained on a short rolling basis for security and diagnostics.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

7. Cookies and local storage
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies — no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Because of this, no cookie consent banner is required.
- Antiforgery cookie — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Essential; session-based.
- Culture cookie (

We also use your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember interface preferences such as your theme choice and dismissed notices. This data never leaves your device.
